Abstract
在经济全球化时代,国际经济法律规制的各领域内部整合及其与社会领域法律规制的外部联结,是当代国际经济法发展的一种必然趋势。而随着中国对外开放的不断深入与“走出去“战略的实施,越来越多的中国企业涌向世界的各个地区,它们在促进中国与东道国经济发展的同时也给当地环境带来一定的破坏。因此,如何将对外直接投资与对东道国的环境保护有机结合,并深入的分析和探讨这个问题具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。
 
At the age of the economic globalization, the internal integration in every field of International economic legislative regulations, along with the external links of legislative regulations in social field, is an irresistible tendency of the development of modern International Economic Law.In conformance with this tendency, this paper makes preliminary studies.With the constant penetration of Reform and Opening Up and the implementation of "Going Out" strategy, more and more Chinese enterprises are flooding into every corner of the world.This encourages the economic development of China and the host country yet brings some environmental problems.How to promote the efficient combination of the foreign direct investment and the environmental protection of the host country really matters, therefore, the deep analysis and probe of this problem is of great theoretical significance and realistic meaning.
