dc.description.abstract白血病是造血系统的恶性疾病,随着科学技术的发展,白血病的研究也由形态学步入到分子生物学。研究发现白血病的发生是多因素、多基因、多阶段的复杂的生物学现象。引起白血病最为常见的原因是染色体异常(通常形成融合基因)及基因突变,其中很多融合基因或者基因突变可作为分子标记物,用于预后判断、治疗方案的选择、微小残留病的监控及靶向治疗。本论文基于实时荧光定量PCR平台,建立了两种方法,一种用于检测融合基因,一种用于检测基因突变,以期可以用于临床辅助治疗或诊断。 第一章绪论 本章回顾了白血病发现及研究历史,介绍了白血病的分子遗传学基础及各种分型诊断方法。除此之外对实时荧光定量PCR也做了概述,基于实时荧光...
