Abstract
A protein microarray immunoassay method was established in the detection and quantification of E. colt, V. fluvialis and V. parahaemolyticus in water. Cy3-rabbit immunoglobulin G (IgG) was used as a probe. 37 degrees C, 60 min, 0.1 g/L of concentration of IgG. were testified to the optimized conditions in the incubation reaction. For E. colt, the limit of detection was 3.9 x 10(5)cfu/mL, for V. fluvialis was 9.3 x 10(4) efu/mL and for V. parahaemolyticus was 9.9 x 10(4) cfu/mL. Compared with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), the high through-put, rapid and convenient detection of Marine Bacterial Pathogens was demonstrated in the optimized conditions and marine samples were analyzed subsequently using this method effectively.
