Abstract
整体材料(monolithicmaterial)是一种新型分离介质,具有制备简单、通透性好、性能稳定、传质速度快等优点,现已被广泛应用于色谱分离和样品预处理技术中。本研究制备了多种基于多孔整体材料的新型聚合物并将其作为搅拌棒固相萃取(stirbarsorptiveextraction,SBSE)和搅拌饼固相萃取(stircakesorptiveex-traction,SCSE)的萃取介质,与其它高效分离手段联用,建立包括环境、生物及食品样品中环境激素、抗生素及无机阴离子的分离分析方法,具体研究内容如下: 1.制备了以聚(N-乙烯基邻苯亚胺-co-N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺)为涂层的固相萃取搅...
