dc.description.abstract全球变化引起海洋环境变化的重要显性特征是海洋升温与酸化。同时,UVB辐射增强和上部混合层变浅也是海洋环境变化的重要部分。这些海洋环境变化,会影响多数海洋生物的代谢及固碳量,其生理生态效应被广泛关注。然而,这些环境变化因子的复合效应,生化、生理与分子调控以及进化性响应机制等,尚缺乏科学认识。为此,本文以颗石藻为研究材料,探讨了其对海洋酸化的生理及进化性响应,并研究了潜在的分子机制,揭示了酸化与其它因子的复合效应;然后通过航次调查研究探讨了浮游植物群落在环境条件震荡状态下对酸化等气候变化因子的响应。主要结果如下: 在阳光辐射条件下,培养钙化和非钙化品系(EmilianiahuxleyiCCMP2...
