Abstract
拟穴青蟹是我国一种重要的海水养殖经济蟹类,Scygonadin(Scy)和Scygonadin2(Scy2)是近年来本实验室发现的两种新的抗菌肽基因,已初步证明具有显著的抗菌活性。为进一步阐明拟穴青蟹的Scygonadin类抗菌肽的表达特性,深入了解该类抗菌肽的功能,本论文运用实时荧光定量PCR方法、mRNA原位杂交方法、免疫组织化学方法、蛋白免疫印迹方法及琼脂糖凝胶电泳等方法综合分析了自然状态下Scy基因和Scy2基因的mRNA及蛋白在的成熟雄性和雌性拟穴青蟹及其他蟹类的各器官、组织和细胞中表达情况,以及研究了拟穴青蟹不同发育阶段、不同月份Scy基因和Scy2基因的表达特点,同时研究了交配、...
