水、沉积物和水产品中兽药多残留同时分析方法及其应用研究

Abstract
随着畜禽、水产养殖业的快速发展,我国兽药的种类和用量日益增加。生产使用过程中的兽药可通过多种途径进入水环境,威胁环境安全和生态健康。本论文在国内主要养殖区域兽药使用情况、福建省医疗机构主要用药和九龙江流域兽药多残留研究调查的基础上,选择敏感且具有代表性的17类79种兽药,建立其在水、沉积物和水产品中灵敏、准确、快速的同时分析方法,并应用于九龙江上游北溪西溪、河口及厦门近岸海域表层水、九龙江河口沉积物和厦门常见水产品中兽药多残留状况的研究。 主要内容和研究结果如下: (1)79种兽药液相色谱-串联质谱分组检测方法的建立 运用液相色谱-串联质谱仪,在多反应选择监测(MultipleReact...
