dc.description.abstract特特拉姆酸(I)(2,4-吡咯烷二酮)的衍生物是很多天然产物重要的结构单元和合成砌块,含特特拉姆酸衍生物片断的天然产物具有许多重要的生物活性。特特拉姆酸(I)的衍生物有时以5-烷基-4-烷氧基特特拉姆酸酯的形式(II)存在于天然产物中。迄今为止,基于α-氨基酸的方法是合成这类具有光学活性的5-烷基特特拉姆酸酯(II)天然产物的主要途径,但是在此过程中不但没有形成新的手性中心,还伴随着手性中心的部分消旋化;此外,此方法还缺乏灵活性:5-烷基特特拉姆酸酯(II)C-5位上的取代基不同,则需要使用不同的手性氨基酸作为初始原料。 本论文的目的之一在于研究和建立含手性辅助基团的特特拉姆酸酯(III)C...
