Abstract
纳米尺寸的超细粒子具有大的表面与体相原子比,作为一种新型材料在许多领域中都受到越来越多的重视。正由于其高的表面能,在使用过程中易发生“聚集”而逐渐丧失其“纳米效应”限制了其应用。有关纳米材料催化剂的研究已有不少报道,但作为乙烷氧化脱氢(ODHE)催化剂还不多。本文以低温下具有良好ODHE催化性能的NiO催化剂为基本研究对象,研究了纳米NiO的制备方法和条件,比较了纳米与常规尺寸催化剂的催化性能差异,并考察了添加第二组分其对纳米NiO乙烷氧化脱氢性能的促进作用。研究表明,不同方法制备的氧化镍形貌和大小有较大差别。溶胶-凝胶法制备的纳米氧化镍具有较大的比表面、均匀的粒径分布,其中焙烧温度是决定其粒...
