dc.description.abstract通过对越南白鸽鱼人工精养的调查实践,以及鰕虎鱼中与白鸽鱼生活习性相近的大弹涂鱼丰富的人工繁育理论基础作为借鉴,本研究选择蜥形副平牙鰕虎鱼(白鸽鱼)的人工繁育作为突破口,重点解决白鸽鱼的土池、水泥池(室外、室内)人工催熟孵化、培育瓶颈问题和人工驯化问题。 通过对白鸽鱼的土池(室外)人工繁育技术研究,获得其繁殖生物学指标:白鸽鱼平均性比(雌:雄)为1.21,并随着繁殖季节来临而下降到接近1;亲鱼绝对繁殖力为13746.03±3348.63粒,相对繁殖力(相对体重)为661.68±105.49粒/g,相对繁殖力(相对体长)为991.28±210.37粒/cm。并且白鸽鱼的绝对繁殖力随其体重、体长的...
