重庆国有工业集团新型工业化发展问题研究

Abstract

工业化是现代化的基础和前提，高度发达的工业社会是现代化的重要标志。党的十六大报告指出：在本世纪头二十年我国经济建设的主要任务之一，是基本实现工业化，并明确提出“要坚持以信息化带动工业化，以工业化促进信息化，走出一条科技含量高、经济效益好、资源消耗低、环境污染少、人力资源得到充分发挥的新型工业化路子”。本论文根据党的十八大和重庆市第四次党代会关于新型工业化的基本要求，通过对国内外新型工业化的发展现状的分析研究，总结其经验教训；再结合重庆实际，深入剖析“十一五”期间市属工业集团在新型工业化发展过程中取得的成绩，存在的不足，面临的机遇和挑战，提出“十二五”期间重庆国有工业集团新型工业化的宏观战略和具...
