dc.description.abstract工作倦怠的问题目前在中国职场中越来越严重,这些员工的负面状态严重影响着组织、企业的利益,阻碍组织正常发展。当前已有一些研究对工作倦怠的影响因素进行分析发现,导致员工产生工作倦怠的因素包括工作环境,组织特征,个人特征等。而职场排斥是工作场所暴力行为的一种延伸,会让受到排斥的员工产生负面、不积极的人际关系感受,让员工的自尊需求得不到满足,甚至有受欺辱的感觉产生。这种感受会引起个体与排斥实施者之间的关系僵化,进一步更会让其疏远他人、滋生不满,造成情绪多变的性格。这些都与情绪衰竭、去人性化与低成就感紧密相关。 因此,如何处理员工工作倦怠成为组织所需要面临的巨大难题。本文选取中国员工为样本,旨在探究职...
