摘要 我国民营企业经过几十年来的发展,已经逐步成为整个经济发展的支撑力量和动力。民营企业是中国经济动力来源,在社会经济中有不可替代的的作用和地位。民营企业的发展关系着整个中国的经济发展。但民营企业的平均寿命在2.9年,管理不科学是民营企业短命的重要因素。招聘职业经理人是民营企业改善管理的重要方法和必要选择。但是民营企业和职业经理人的适配性较低,引入职业经理人成功率低。 本文通过对一家大型民营企业G公司招募一名专业的职业经理人入手,从民营企业和职业经理人两个角度深入地剖析了民营企业和职业经理人的主要矛盾及产生这些矛盾的根源,即民营企业主个人意志突出导致独裁,职业经理人聘用管理制度缺失以及职业...
