Abstract
自改革开放以来，广东经济保持着连续快速的增长，但同时，在广东粤东西北地区却仍存在大量的贫困人口。为进一步加快贫困地区发展，从2009年起，广东省开始对粤东西北欠发达地区的3409个贫困村，通过实施“规划到户、责任到人”扶贫开发工作责任制，帮助贫困村和贫困户脱贫。笔者作为两轮扶贫开发工作的联系人之一，亲身参与到两轮帮扶工作中，并结合社工专业的各种理论方法，对自己所参与的一线工作进行了思考和总结。 本文以广东汕尾陆丰的横美村为例，从农村社区建设的角度出发，通过参与式观察、文献收集、访谈、数据分析等方法，对横美村扶贫开发工作进行了一定程度的研究。通过对横美村自然、历史、社会特点进行研究分析，总结其...
