Abstract
A humidity sensor based on a single SnO2 nanowire was fabricated. This sensor has fast and sensitive response to relative humidity (RH) in air from a wide range of atmospheres at 30 degrees C. The response sensitivity of the sensor to RH is linear to 90%.
