我国深层次利用外资的对策思考

Abstract

党的十一届三中全会以来,我国在利用外资方面已取得令人瞩目的成绩,但由于国内国际环境发生了变化,使我国进一步利用外资面临严峻的挑战,本文认为,我国要深层次利用外资,必须在宏观和微观两个方面采取相应的策略及措施。China has gained remarkable achievements in utilizing foreign capital. But with the chancre of environment both in and out of the country, China meets serious challenges in further utilization. The author holds that corresponding tactics and measures should be taken in both macroscopic and microcosmic ways in order to utilize foreign capital more fully.
