dc.description.abstract目的观察激光免疫疗法对小鼠H22肝癌的抗瘤效应。方法昆明种小鼠240只,随机分为4组,每组60只。光动力学组:小鼠腹腔内注射HpD10 mg/kg后48 h行激光照射(功率320 W,时间400 s,能量130 J);激光免疫组:处理同前组,另于照光前12 h小鼠瘤内及瘤周注射糖基化氨基葡糖(GC) 0.2 ml/只;单纯GC组:仅于瘤内及瘤周注射GC;对照组:不做任何处理。比较前3个实验组的抑瘤率、生存率。结果3实验组小鼠均有显著抑瘤效果,激光免疫组的抑瘤率、生存率较单纯免疫佐剂治疗组和光动力学治疗组有显著提高,激光免疫组23.3%肿瘤治愈小鼠长期存活。结论激光免疫疗法对小鼠H22肝癌显示出长期抗瘤效应,该疗法可能成为一种长期有效的综合治疗肿瘤新方法。 【英文摘要】 Objective To study the long-term anti-cancer effect on H22 liver cancer after laser photo-immunotherapy in mice. Methods Anti-cancer effect, tumor inhibition rate, survival rate and pathology were observed respectively in immunoadjuvant( glycat-ed chitosan) ,photodynamic therapy ( PDT) and laser photo-immunotherapy ( PDT + glycated chitosan) groups, as well as in control group(n =60 in each group).
