拟南芥细胞质降解因子XRN4调控基因转录起始和RNA的多聚腺苷化
(2018全国植物生物学大会编委会, 2018-10)信使RNA在细胞内的动态平衡是真核生物基因表达调控的重要体现。真核生物控制细胞内RNA浓度主要由一些降解因子负责,其中XRN1主要介导细胞质中5'->3'的RNA降解。研究表明,酵母中的XRN1可以进入细胞核结合到转录起始上游激发基因转录起始,表明了转录从起始至降解具有一个循环的调控方式。
