部分(Cu,Ni)基三元合金相图的热力学优化与计算
Thermodynamic Assessments of Phase Equilibria in some (Cu,Ni)-based ternary alloys
Abstract
Cu基合金具有高强高导等一系列优良性能,科研工作者一直致力于对该类合金的研发工作,但是利用两相分离的特殊性能进行开发还比较少;Ni基合金的主要应用领域为高温合金,在钎焊领域也发挥着重要作用,Ni基钎料有许多卓越性能,例如耐高温、耐腐蚀、抗氧化等性能,多应用于不锈钢和多种高温合金的钎焊。作为材料设计的重要理论依据,相图在金属材料的成分设计中发挥着十分重要的作用。因此,开展(Cu,Ni)基三元合金系相图的热力学计算,具有很大的研究价值。本论文主要采用CALPHAD方法,对部分(Cu,Ni)基三元系合金的进行了热力学计算,所取得的主要研究成果如下: (1)收集整理基础二元系的参数和三元相平衡实验信...
