dc.description.abstract摘要 铌基合金具有高温强度高、抗氧化性好、耐蚀性好等特点,广泛应用于航空航天、医疗及核工业等领域。铂基合金具有良好的导电性、耐腐蚀性和催化性等特点,广泛应用于电子行业、玻璃工业和汽车工业等领域。因此,迫切需要开展对铌基合金和铂基合金材料设计的研究工作,促进其优化生产工艺及提高研发效率。扩散动力学计算是材料设计的重要理论基础,也是研究扩散型相变和模拟材料工艺过程的有力工具。本研究利用DICTRA软件对铌基合金和铂基合金的扩散动力学参数进行了优化与计算,取得的主要研究成果如下: (1)基于文献报道的实验数据,利用DICTRA软件对纯Fe、Nb、Cu、Th、Al、Ti、W、U中的部分杂质扩散系数...
