dc.description.abstract摘要: 分析了二维四边形结构 PS D的特性 , 介绍一种基于单片机的数字式二维 PS D信号调理电路的设计方法,包括硬件设计 , 软件非线性校正、 背景光和暗电流消除方法等. 测试结果表明 , 用该方法设计的四边形结构PSD具有相当高的线性度和位置测量精度. Abstract: The characteristic of PSD with two dimensional tetra - lateral is analyzed . A design method of signal processing circuit based on single - chip microcomputer for two dimensional PSD is introduced . This method includes hardware design, nonlinear correction by software, elimination of background light and dark current, etc .
