dc.description.abstract[Abstract]The portion of the Arctic belonging to the Russian Federation will soon become one of the most significant areas of international navigation. A significant number of Russian navigation rules already in place establish severe claims for vessels and crews taking part in Arctic shipping. These rules primarily aim to provide safety of navigation and to protect the Arctic environment. This article discusses Russian maritime law and policy as well as the development of navigation rules in the Arctic.[文摘]北极中属于俄罗斯联邦的部分不久就会成为国际航行最重要的区域之一。 zh_CN
