dc.description.abstract随着陆生的微生物资源尤其是放线菌资源被深入研究和开发,资源几近枯竭,已经无法为制药业提供足够的药物先导化合物。目前很多学者将目光着眼于新资源中放线菌的研究,这些新资源包括海洋和植物内共生等。已有的研究表明这些放线菌具有相对特殊的代谢途径,能够产生结构新颖、活性突出及作用机制独特的的次级代谢产物,这些新资源成为天然产物研发的新热点。 本研究采用选择性分离方法对采自西太平洋近赤道区的19个深海沉积物样品中的放线菌进行了较为系统的分离,从中分离到90株放线菌,对其发酵液乙酸乙酯抽提物的生物活性进行筛选。对3株放线菌(1株海洋放线菌和2株云南美登木内生放线菌)进行了次级代谢产物研究,从其发酵产物中分...
