dc.description.abstract用规整有序的金属氧化物薄膜在原子尺度上模拟高分散的负载金属催化剂已经成为近年来研究的热点。利用表面科学多种多样的分析手段可能从分子水平上去了解催化反应的发生,为真实催化剂的设计提供有效的指导和借鉴。本论文主要采用高分辨电子能量损失谱(HREELS)、低能电子衍射(LEED)和俄歇电子能谱(AES)、反射吸收红外光谱(IRAS)对TiOx/Pd(100)和VOx/Pt(111)模型薄膜的生长模式、表面结构和热稳定性进行了考察,为阐明催化剂的构效关系提供重要依据。 在Pd(100)单晶上生长氧化钛薄膜,采用逐步氧化法可以形成结构均一的单层Ti2O3,而采用一步氧化法可以得到含多层的氧化钛膜。一步...
