dc.description.abstract本论文的主要目的是探究Pt/Al2O3和Ir/SiO2催化剂上甲烷部分氧化(POM)制合成气反应的机理。在论文的第一部分工作中,采用低温N2吸附、O2化学吸附、H2-O2滴定和H2-TPR等实验技术对催化剂进行了表征,并以CH4/O2/Ar=2/1/97为原料气考察了不同温度下催化剂的反应性能,确定Pt/Al2O3和Ir/SiO2上POM反应的起燃温度分别为420和370C。采用脉冲实验技术考察了CH4/O2/Ar=2/1/97混合气在不同装量的Pt/Al2O3和Ir/SiO2催化剂床层上的POM反应情况,确定了催化剂床层的氧化区(即原料气中O2未耗尽的区域)和重整区(原料气中...
