dc.description.abstract在众多的导电高分子中,聚苯胺以其合成简便、价格低廉、电导率高、具有潜在加工特性等优点,获得广泛的关注。将导电聚苯胺应用于固体铝电解电容器中,不仅可以有效地解决液体电容器电解液易泄漏、干涸,低温特性差,高频段阻抗高等问题,且其制备工艺相对简单,成本较低。因此,将导电聚苯胺用于固体电容器具有重大的实用价值。 本文以过硫酸铵(APS)为氧化剂,通过化学氧化法制备导电聚苯胺,根据不同条件下制得聚苯胺产品的电导率来优化反应条件。通过热动力学方法,得到聚合反应的速率常数和活化能。使用不同掺杂剂进行掺杂,利用红外吸收光谱、紫外吸收光谱、X射线衍射光谱等手段对其结构进行表征。同时,使用热重分析对产品的高温稳...
