Abstract
由于合成天然气资源的可持续发展特点,煤或生物质基合成气经甲烷化制合成天然气(SNG)又重新引起燃料化工界的重视。这是因为,SNG具有与来自自然界的天然气(>95%甲烷)完全相同的燃气性质(比如:组成、热值和燃烧性质)。煤或生物质制SNG的优势在于:相对较高的转化效率,可利用现成的输配系统(管道网)和已建的有效终端使用技术,如:天然气汽车、热电厂等。此外,从原料气净化和燃料升级步骤副产浓缩CO2,无需附加成本即可达到CO2的富集和分离。 传统的甲烷化催化剂是负载在Al2O3上的镍基催化剂。研究表明:钌基催化剂和钴基催化剂相比镍基催化剂活性更好,但也明显更加昂贵;铁基催化剂相比镍基催化剂活性更...
