RH农产品公司配送中心选址优化研究

Abstract

本文的研究对象是RH农产品公司，江苏农产品公司的典型代表。RH农产品公司在配送中心规划方面存在许多漏洞和缺陷，增加企业经营成本。 本文在现有文献和研究成果的基础上，结合RH农产品公司的配送部门的实际情况，以已经存在的配送中心为前提，再新增加可行的配送中心，进行选址优化，从而来优化公司的配送中心选址方案。以配送系统的每年总配送成本最低为优化目标，将配送中心容量、客户需求点的需求量等设为约束条件，构建混合整数规划模型，并使用Lingo软件求得最优解。解决两个问题：一是在原有3个配送中心的基础上新增加2个候选点，在这5个配送中心中选出最佳配送中心规划方案；二是确定每个被选中的配送中心服务的需求点。...
