我国出口信用保险法律问题研究

Abstract

国际贸易作为经济增长的三驾马车之一，对于促进一国的经济增长和拉动就业起着至关重要的作用。出口信用保险是一种成熟的保险险种，也是世界贸易组织唯一允许的官方补贴手段，在促进对外贸易与投资等经济活动中起着不可替代的作用。我国出口信用保险的发展起步较晚，在出口信用保险相关法律制度建设方面相对滞后，目前尚未制定专门的出口信用保险法律法规，与我国贸易大国的身份极其不符。与此同时，我国出口信用保险正面临着转型阶段，因此相关法律法规的规制显得尤为重要。因此，本文着眼于出口信用保险的法律关系，从私法层面对其核心法律问题进行系统的梳理和研究，以期为中国出口信用保险法律制度的制定和完善提供可行的建议。 本文除引言...
