dc.description.abstract硅钢亦称电工钢,是电力和电讯工业用以制造发电机、电动机、变压器、互感器、继电器以及其它电器仪表的重要磁性材料。相图是材料设计的重要理论基础,在金属材料成分设计中有重要应用,因此,有必要掌握取向硅钢的相图和热力学信息。本论文通过实验测定和热力学计算两种途径,对取向硅钢部分铁基相平衡进行了实验测定和热力学计算,主要研究工作如下: (1)实验测定了Fe-Si-Zr三元系在1000℃和1100℃时全成分范围的等温截面相图,并且发现一个新相。基于本研究的实验结果和文献报道的实验计算数据,利用CALPHAD技术,对Fe-Si-Zr三元系相图进行了热力学优化与计算。 (2)实验测定了Fe-Si-Mn和F...
