dc.description.abstract磁电复合材料是由多种铁性材料复合而成的具有铁电性、铁磁性的新型功能材料,并可以通过铁性材料之间的相互耦合作用实现机械能、电能和磁能的相互转化。磁电复合材料因其室温下显著的磁电效应以及许多潜在的应用(如磁传感器、磁存储器、滤波器以及微型变压器等)受到越来越多的关注。基于该材料的研究背景和已有的理论和实验基础,本论文以层状磁电复合材料为研究对象,进行了三元复合磁电材料的制备和性能研究,并且进行了小型磁电传感器的器件封装设计与应用研究。 借用类似三元相图的概念,采用粘合法制备出一系列不同成分的三元Ni/PZT/FeCrCo层状磁电复合材料,测量了它们的磁电回线。采用复平面分析方法,扣除了测量结果中...
