    甲缩醛(methylal)是一种重要的化工基本原料,广泛应用于化工中间体、溶剂、涂料及燃料添加剂等的生产中。目前,反应精馏技术是用于以甲醇和甲醛为原料制取甲缩醛的主要方法。利用Aspen Plus过程模拟软件模拟了常规的双进料甲缩醛反应精馏工艺流程,同时提出并模拟了反应精馏隔壁塔(RDWC)工艺制备甲缩醛的流程,通过对比来探究RDWC流程的优越性。结果表明,采用RDWC制备甲缩醛可避免中间组分在塔内的返混效应,同时可使年度总费用降低8. ...

    锂离子电池因其能量密度高,循环寿命长等优点已成为新型动力电池领域的研究热点,但其温度特性尤其是低温性能较差制约着锂离子电池的进一步使用.本文综述了锂离子电池低温性能的研究进展,系统地分析了锂离子电池低温性能的主要限制因素.从正极、电解液、负极三个方面讨论了近年来研究者们提高电池低温性能的改性方法.并对提高锂离子电池低温性能的发展方向进行了展望.

    建立了液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)前驱离子扫描(PIS)非靶向筛查卤代有机物的分析方法。卤代有机物在PIS分析中产生的卤素碎片离子能通过PIS Q3预设的质核比通道(m/z 35、37、79、81和127),根据通过的质核比通道可判断卤代有机物种类,并获取其分子离子质核比信息,而非卤代有机物无法通过PIS Q3的筛选。当Q2碰撞能为50 eV时,PIS对卤代有机物具有较高的灵敏度。利用伯努利概型总结了不同卤代有机物的理论同位素 ...
