dc.description.abstract应用改进的化学气相沉积法,成功地合成出一种新的竹节状硅纳米管材料.微电极循环伏安测试表明:锂离子在该硅纳米材料中可能存在两种嵌入位,即实心节部嵌入位和空心管壁嵌入位.作为锂离子电池负极材料,该材料也在一定程度上抑制了一般硅材料所面临的体积效应问题.zh_CN
dc.description.abstractA novel 1D bamboo-shaped silicon nanotubes was synthesized by chemical vapor deposition with Au catalyst and their electrochemical properties were primarily studied.The results showed that these silicon nanotubes were amorphous with the length about tens micrometer and the diameter about one hundred nanometer.Cyclic voltammetry studies showed that Li ions could intercalate into such silicon nanotubes at two location,i.e.,from the conjoint location and the wall of the hole.Meanwhile,the bamboo-shaped structure could help release the expansion of volume,which is usually serious in the lithium batteries.zh_CN
