Study on the Preparation, Properties and Applications of the Polymer/Graphite Composite Electrode

用石墨粉填充ＡＳ树脂、挤出成型制备了石墨－ＡＳ复合导电材料电极．电极具有较好的导电性、机械强度和操作稳定性，在多种底液中具有比玻碳电极更高的氢过电压值和小的残余电流．电极成功地用于Ｃｕ、Ｉｎ、Ｐｂ、Ａｇ的测定并显示较好的选择性、稳定性和再现性；并可采用浸涂法方便地进行甲基蓝修饰，得到具有稳定电化学活性的修饰电极The graphite AS composite electrodes, which show high electric conductivity, high mechanical strength and operationl stability, were prepared by filling and extruding the AS copolymer with graphite powder. It exhibited a substantial hydrogen overvoltage and small residual current in different electrolytes, as compared with glassy carbon electrode. The electrode was applied to the determination of traces of Pb 2+ in mineral water, Ag + in waste water and In 3+ , Cu 2+ , Pb 2+ , Cd 2+ in zinc ore, and showed high stability, reproducibility and selectivity. Owing to the existence of abundant polar functioal groups on the electrode, the electrode shows the good ability to be further modified with methylene blue by a dip coating procedure.
