dc.description.abstract微波介质陶瓷是在微波频段使用的电子陶瓷,现已广泛应用于微波技术领域,特别是移动通信技术中的谐振器和滤波器。要求具有较高的相对介电常数εr′,高品质因子Q和稳定的谐振频率温度系数τf。测试微波介质陶瓷材料性能参数的方法较复杂、测试成本高,一定程度上制约微波介质陶瓷材料研究工作的开展。本论文主要工作是研制开路型微波介质陶瓷材料特性参数自动化测试系统,编写界面友好的测试软件,提高测试效率和精度。同时,研究设计频率温度系数的快速检测系统。本文首先介绍各种常用的微波陶瓷测试技术,通过分析对比,在课题组前期工作基础上,针对863项目“新型微波介质陶瓷材料与元件的研制”的实际需要,选用开路型平行板介质谐振器...
