dc.description.abstractGaN基LED具有节能、寿命长、体积小等优点,被视为下一代照明器件,受到人们广泛的关注。由于LED芯片折射率与空气折射率的巨大差别,使得光提取效率成为影响LED性能提高的最关键因素之一。因此,如何提高LED光提取效率成为近年来的研究热点。本文详细介绍了蒙特卡罗光子追踪法,并对程序流程进行深入的描述,通过计算机编程,模拟了不同结构与参数下正装与垂直结构LED出光,分析和探讨了其中物理机制。 虽然正装LED芯片性能并不突出,但由于其制作简单、成本低廉,因而在实际生产中仍有较多应用,对其出光进行研究具有一定的实际意义。本文通过模拟不同参数下正装LED芯片出光,探讨影响正装LED光提取效率的因素。结...
