dc.description.abstract利用LD泵浦掺Nd3+激光介质,腔内倍频产生蓝光的方法是目前获得蓝光的一个热点,具有输出功率较高,光束质量好,成本较低的优点,但目前瓦级全固体蓝光激光仍不成熟。本论文为福建省重大专项(2002F011,2004HZ012123)资助项目,通过理论设计和实验研究,对其做了一些探索。首先,对准三能级系统进行分析,得出了优化激光运转的条件;利用数值计算,分析了模式叠加效应对激光阈值、斜效率和输入输出特性的影响,为实际优化设计激光器提供了依据;分析计算了最佳晶体长度。其次,对倍频原理进行简单的介绍,总结出腔内倍频需要遵循的要点;介绍了相位失配的影响和相位匹配的方法,并对几种倍频晶体进行比较,选取较合适...
