dc.description.abstract在功率LED的研发过程中,其电学参数和热学参数的测量是非常重要的。过去,这项工作一般是通过手动操作仪器的方式来完成,不仅测量过程十分繁琐,而且由于测量时间较长,测量结果容易受到各种不确定因素的影响。为了解决这些问题,利用虚拟仪器开发平台LabVIEW程序设计软件开发了一个功能强大的功率LED电热参数测试系统。该系统可手动和自动测量功率LED在不同温度下的直流电参数和脉冲激励下的I-V特性,并根据温度与电参数的关系利用电学法和脉冲测试法计算出其热学参数。 论文首先介绍了功率LED的电学参数和热学参数的测量原理和方法,针对传统测量方法上的不足提出了虚拟仪器的思想,阐述了虚拟仪器的特点和LabVI...
