dc.description.abstract摘要 船舶监控无论是对海事主管部门还是对各港航企业来说,都是十分重要的。目前对船舶的监控一般是利用雷达或VHF语音系统来进行,没有办法做到实时、快速。自动识别系统(AIS)是工作在甚高频(VHF)海上移动频段的自主、连续广播系统,在船舶之间、船舶与岸台之间交换船舶识别码、船位、航向及航速等信息。通过AIS获取到所需船舶的动态及静态信息,就可以对船舶进行全方位、实时的监控。 船舶实时监控系统是利用自动识别系统AIS、电子海图系统、数据库技术对所有装有AIS设备的船舶进行监控。监控中心通过串口接收AIS接收机传来的AIS数据电文,解析后一边送到AIS船舶数据库存储,一边直接送到电子海图平台...
