Abstract
随着现代电子技术的不断发展,高速电路的应用范围日益扩大,系统工作速率也在迅速提高。对于传输速率达几百Mbps甚至数Gbps的高速数字信号,其有效频谱已扩展至微波波段,在复杂互连系统中传输时已表现出明显的波特性。这时互连结构的不连续及它们之间的耦合将会引起信号的延迟、反射、衰减、串扰等信号完整性问题。使得理论上可行的系统设计在实际应用中往往无法达到预期性能,甚至不能正常工作。随着系统复杂度的上升,电路板的布局布线密度也随之提高,信号完整性问题更为凸显,在国内外已受到广泛的重视,并成为一个研究热点。信号完整性问题本质上是电磁场问题,本文从电磁场角度出发,深入研究了高速电路设计中存在的信号完整性问题...
