文昌鱼与斑马鱼Pax1/Pax9基因功能代偿性及其非编码区功能研究

Abstract
文昌鱼作为无脊椎动物到脊椎动物进化过程中的一个重要过渡阶段,是研究发育与进化生物学的理想模式生物,目前其模式化进程已取得一些进展,但在实际应用上还受多重因素的限制,如产卵季节的限制、排卵时间不易掌控以及文昌鱼卵的显微注射技术不成熟等问题,使得一些深入的基因功能研究暂时无法在文昌鱼中展开,因此我们选择与文昌鱼亲缘关系较近的模式动物——斑马鱼为载体,对文昌鱼AmphiPax1/9基因的功能进行了探索,同时为建立文昌鱼受精卵显微注射技术打下基础。 本研究以Pax1/Pax9这个重要的发育调控基因亚家族为切入点,研究了文昌鱼AmphiPax1/9基因在斑马鱼中功能的保守性及代偿性。首先,我们对斑马鱼...
