Abstract
本论文包括两个部分： 1.西洞庭湖目平外睾吸虫新种生活史研究 外睾类吸虫幼虫是可以生物控制钉螺体内血吸虫幼虫的良好材料。作者从2006年12月至2007年11月，在湖南汉寿目平湖对外睾类吸虫的资源进行了3次野外调查，发现外睾类吸虫是西洞庭湖鲶鱼（Parasilurusasotu）肠道极为常见的寄生虫。这些外睾类吸虫中分为三种不同形状（梨形、瓜子形和椭圆形）、两种不同排泄囊（倒三角形短主干Y、V）。为了确定西洞庭湖的外睾类吸虫种类并为后续的分子生物学研究提供清晰的背景，结合成虫形态的描述，进行了外睾类吸虫幼虫在中间宿主体内的发育生物学比较研究。实验结果表明，目平湖区的外睾吸虫与在我国已报道的...
