Abstract
生命有机体的发育是高度复杂和精确的过程,受多个信号通路的调控。所有的这些通路是机体器官正常形成及发挥作用所必需的。Wnt/Wingless通路就是其中之一,在发育过程中起重要调控作用。Wnt/Wingless信号通路调控基因表达,在动物界里是高度保守的。Wnt信号通路非常复杂,包含多个成员,一部分成员尚未研究清楚。β-catenin/armadillo就是该通路中的一个重要调控蛋白。当Wnt信号通路被激活时,β-catenin(Armadillo)被转运到核内,与DNA结合蛋白TCF相互作用,启动基因表达,从而调控不同的发育过程。Wnt通路中还存在未知的靶基因或成员。我们利用果蝇筛选希望能够发...
