Abstract

二战后随着世界经济的稳步发展、居民生活水平的提高、休闲意识的增长以及交通技术的进步，旅游活动进入大众旅游阶段，其经济性也愈加明显，旅游业已成为推动当今世界经济发展的重要力量。城市以其在经济、交通、商务和购物环境、服务等方面所拥有的众多优势，成为重要的旅游目的地，因此城市是考察旅游业对宏观经济影响的一个很好的视角。而要准确、全面地认识旅游业对城市发展的推动，选取有代表性的个案加以研究，是一个重要渠道。本文以迈阿密为个案，对来自全国乃至全球性的作用力给予充分重视，勾勒城市发展的脉络，透视旅游业对现代城市经济发展的重要推动作用；探讨旅游业和城市化之间的关系，突出旅游业在城市经济中的地位。通过个案研究...
