dc.description.abstract民国建立之初,福建海洋航运业基本为外轮所控制。厦门港成为福建的航运与对外贸易中心,以英国为首的外国轮船企业占据了厦门港航运业的主导地位,特别是远洋航运业少有华商涉足。与厦门港相比,福州港的航运业发展一定程度上受到当地政局变化的影响,但华商轮业在福州港取得了较大发展。三都澳自建关之始就作为福州港的外部港口,且附属地位一直未能改变。南京国民政府建立后,福建省政府加强了对航业的监督管理,福建海洋航运业呈现出良好发展势头,1929-1931年成为福建航运业最为兴盛的时期。但是,由于受“九·一八事变”,以及台湾海峡猖獗的走私活动等因素影响,福建海洋航运业呈现下滑之势。抗战爆发前,外国航运企业在福建仍占据...
