dc.description.abstract前几年,中国房地产市场交易非常活跃,房价飞速上涨,引起了政府部门和学术界的高度关注。关于房地产价格异常上涨的原因也存在不少争论。本文从货币政策方面来分析其原因,论述不恰当的货币政策在房地产价格异常飙升过程中所起的推动作用。所要阐述的主要问题是:为了实现传统的政策目标而实施的不恰当货币政策是导致房地产价格异常上涨甚至形成泡沫的重要原因。在理论研究的基础上,本文还以史为鉴,在研究了上个世纪八十年代末日本的地产泡沫、九十年代东南亚金融危机中泰国地产泡沫以及台湾的地产泡沫后,进一步考察了我国房地产价格波动的原因,并作了实证分析。 本文研究货币政策对房地产价格的影响,主要出于两方面的原因:首先是房地产...
