中国能源回弹效应研究

Abstract

能源问题一直是我国经济发展中的焦点和热点问题。在保证我国经济快速增长的前提下，尽可能降低我国经济增长对能源消费的依赖，节约能源，降低我国能源的消费量已经是我国经济发展面临的最迫切问题。然而通过提高我国能源使用效率的提高是否真的会降低我国能源消费量，也即著名的“杰文斯矛盾”（Jevons’Paradox）在我国是否成立，仍是有待进一步研究的问题。本文基于内生经济增长理论，从理论与实证的角度对上述问题进行深入研究，分析了能源使用效率提高对我国能源消费的影响效果，并计算了能源使用效率的提高对降低能源消费的影响效果，也即回弹效应（ReboundEffects）的大小，进而给出降低能源消费量的政策建议。...
