dc.description.abstract3-吲哚烷基羧酸是一类高活性的植物生长调节剂。其中3-吲哚乙酸(IAA)和3-吲哚丁酸(IBA)具有明显的生理活性,正在受到人们的日益重视,本文首先研究用相转移催化法,由吲哚与氯乙酰聚乙醇酸(CPGA)在常压下反应得到高产率的3-吲哚乙酸.并研究各种相转移催化剂(PTC)及其用量、CPGA用量、溶剂等因素对产率的影响.其次研究在固一液相转移位化条件下,由吲哚与r-丁内酯合成3-吲哚丁酸的方法,亦得到满意的结果。最后探讨了以聚乙二酸(PEG)作为相转移催化剂时,温度、溶剂、PEG用量等对相转移能力的影响。
