dc.description.abstract随着生命科学的进步,免疫分析法获得了不断的发展。近来,电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)在免疫分析中成为人们关注的一个检测手段。由于电感耦合等离子体质谱具有灵敏度高、检出限低、线性动态范围宽、干扰较少等优点,并可以进行多元素同时快速分析,因此在高通量的生物免疫检测方面具有广泛的应用前景。本工作中研究了稳定同位素碘标记蛋白技术,建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱免疫碘标记蛋白分析方法,并将该法应用到特异性免疫蛋白检测和致病性菌检测中。论文共有四个部分组成:1.文献综述;2.稳定性同位素碘标记蛋白;3.碘-127标记-电感耦合等离子体质谱用于免疫分析;4.蒸气发生-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定碘。 第一...
