dc.description.abstract[中文文摘]茶叶的烘焙时间控制存在的问题主要是:茶叶的含水量与烘焙时间没有建立准确的控制模型;各烘焙箱之间的连动不能统一控制;茶叶品种与烘焙时间关系没有进行记录,造成产品质量的重复性差。对传动控制系统进行技术改造;采用矢量变频器对烘焙箱传送带电动机实现无速度传感器控制;采用基于RS485总线的网络对变频器进行控制;建立烘焙箱之间的连动控制模型;建立烘焙时间与变频器给定频率之间的数学模型;工控机把控制参数自动存入数据库并完成报表打印、变频器参数设置和存储。现场应用表明该技术改造有效可行。[英文文摘]Main problems for tea baking time control are that the control model between the moisture content of tea and the baking time was not built; baking boxes were not centralized automatically controlled; the baking time had no tracking record. It is improved upon the gearing: controlled transport electromotors based on vector control frequency converters(VCFC), controlled centralized automatically VCFC based on the RS485 bus, built a control model for baking boxes, built a mathematical model between the bakingtime and the frequency of VCFC The computer saved control parameters to the database and printed reports The results show that the improvement is effective and feasible.zh_CN
